Delivery charge is the cost that spends in the process of delivery of an item to transfer it from source to destination that is next to the customer’s door step. It varies from seller to seller. The estimated delivery date varies from that of 6-7 business delivery date as the logistics partners varies as the area changes. There are many logistics partners who don’t work on Sundays and on holidays, that’s why it is possible that there is difference in the date of delivery.

Is there any kind of Hidden or Extra cost?

The user not has to pay any kind of extra cost or hidden charges to the delivery boy or while making online payment. The prices mentioned in the list are final and include all other kind of charges and taxes. Delivery charges are not at all hidden and are according to the seller’s shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

The estimated delivery time will vary from seller to seller as the delivery time depends on the following factors: product availability, seller’s geographic location, destination of shipping, logistic partner availability etc. Due to the above factors delivery time varies from customers to customers.

 

Why the seller will not deliver to my area?

If the seller will not deliver in your area, then it may be possible due to the following factors:

  • May there is any legal restrictions in your area for the seller.
  • Reliable logistics partner not found in the area.


If the seller will not prefer any of the area for delivery than it is entirely at their discretion.

Does EydaHome deliver internationally?

EydaHome will soon starting its services to deliver products internationally. But, for now, we only deliver products and services in India. You can make the purchase from anywhere in the world but the delivery address should be of India.
